11月4日，新当选加拿大总理Justin Trudea在渥太华Rideau Hall宣誓，组阁第23任内阁。政治新星Bill Morneau成为内阁成员，但华裔无人入局。可能从两个方面可以解读，第一，华裔议员所占比例低；第二，华裔议员面孔比较新。另外的可能原因是内阁中已经有John McCallum这样的“中国通”，当然，估计有华人觉得遗憾。内阁组成共31人，其中安省有11人，下面是内阁组成名单。
