其实，疯狂的市场终究会回归理性的，画出的饼永远不能冲击。目前多伦多的地产市场确实在一种“扎堆”的感觉。假若你自己没有扎堆的本事，可能还是做些理性的分析。除非你口袋里的银子-硬通货实实在在可以支持。
