Ted Rowe for Robert Bond: The Greatest Newfoundlander, published by Creative Book Publishing/Breakwater Books;
Tanya Talaga for Seven Fallen Feathers: Racism, Death, and Hard Truths in a Northern City, published by House of Anansi Press.
